Every project begins with a full survey and consultation to gather precise measurements, understand our client’s unique requirements and to advise and plan a safe and fluid installation. We then fabricate staircases to standardised designs, drawings provided by the client or by offering a full bespoke design service to get a stairway that fits to perfection, meets building regulations and looks just the way our customer wants it.
xElevators in high-rise buildings are a necessity. They move people without noticeable waits, transport staff and materials, complement the building design, and enhance the building’s market reputation. Elevators must operate safely and seamlessly.
When buildings are designed, architects enlist the assistance of elevator specialists to determine the proper number, grouping and type of elevators. This approach ensures adequate capacity and provides appropriate waiting times without providing too many elevators. High-rise buildings, those with more than 20 floors above the lobby, can have multiple elevator groups, low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise for example, and sometimes parking, retail and special use elevators, along with service and material elevators.
Our goal isn't to build seaworthy boats, there are many other manufacturers that can handle that already. Our goal is to build the worlds best experience machines in aluminium, designed from the ground up to let you meet all possible challenges you might face while on the sea.
xsteel framing is its flexibility. It can bend without cracking, which is another great advantage, as a steel building can flex when it is pushed to one side by say, wind, or an earthquake. The third characteristic of steel is its plasticity or ductility. This means that when subjected to great force, it will not suddenly crack like glass, but slowly bend out of shape. This property allows steel buildings to bend out of shape, or deform, thus giving warning to inhabitants to escape. Failure in steel frames is not sudden - a steel structure rarely collapses. Steel in most cases performs far better in earthquake than most other materials because of these properties.
